How our fulfillment process works
Getting started with ShipBob involves syncing your store with our technology and shipping your products to our fulfillment centers.
From there, we are notified when a customer places an order, and the order is routed to the closest fulfillment center to the customer. We generate an automatic picking list and packing slip, and our fulfillment team picks, packs, and ships the order (tracking info is forwarded to the customer as well).
