ShipBob’s Inventory Placement Program (IPP) makes balancing and distributing inventory more hands-off than ever before. By end of February, IPP merchants will have access to an automated replenishment recommendations report within the ShipBob dashboard. This report updates weekly, giving you the insights you need to stay proactive, maintain optimal inventory levels, and avoid stockouts. This option gives your customers the ability to include a 4×6 inch postcard with a personalized message when gifting your products. Printed at time of pack in color on high-quality branded card stock with handwritten font for a personal touch, Premium Gift Notes are a great way to make gifting easy.
Coming later in 2025, we will also be offering a Fully Customizable Premium Gift Note. This feature will enable customers to purchase seasonal and year-round foldable greeting cards at checkout for Shopify stores.

Starting at the end of March 2025, we’re rolling out a new ShipBob branded tracking page for qualifying orders. This page will provide a single-threaded tracking experience and increased visibility from middle-mile to last-mile and doorstep. Plus, new detailed order statuses offer greater transparency for both merchants and their end customers. Order that qualify include those that:
- Are placed from a Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay, ShipStation, or Squarespace store or ShipBob’s Public API.
- Flow through the ShipBob Logistics middle-mile network.

Units of Measure (Each, Case, or Pallet) Enhancements in the ShipBob Dashboard 🌎 Early Access
We’re working on exciting enhancements to streamline your operations and give you instant access to detailed SKU configuration data. Merchants in our early access program, launching at the end of March 2025, will be able to save four units of measure (each, inner case, master case, and pallet) under the same SKU for newly added products. Plus, a new SKU configuration view within the Product Catalog will provide greater visibility into how your products are structured from manufacturer to ShipBob.
